Utility Contractor had the opportunity to sit down with Peter Mills, Industry Sales Director for Construction at multi-national power transmission component manufacturer Regal Rexnord. We spoke to Mills about trends in powering construction equipment, the electrification – and hybridization – of equipment, and what utility contractors should know.

Mills has a background in the hydraulic industry for both mobile and industrial applications. During his time with Regal Rexnord, he has served as a regional sales director and now covers the global construction market for the company.

We discuss what Regal Rexnord is working on in this space, along with considerations for dozers, excavators, front-end loaders and backhoes. Learn how hybridization can help end users improve productivity, efficiency and uptime.
